Социальная сеть Facebook запустила проект "Журналистика", направленный на борьбу с фейками в СМИ и обучение пользователей новостной грамотности.

Как отмечается в пресс-релизе соцсети, проект Facebook Journalism Project будет состоять из трёх направлений: сотрудничество с крупными СМИ и разработка совместно с ними новых продуктов, проведение специальных обучающих тренингов для журналистов, а также помощь пользователям соцсети в поиске качественной и достоверной информации.

Уже в ближайшее время проект начнёт сотрудничество с такими изданиям как Washington post и Vox. В дальнейшем этот список может значительно расшириться.

Отметим, что крупнейшие соцсети и СМИ давно ведут борьбу с фейковыми новостями в Сети. В конце прошлого года Facebook, Twitter, газеты New York Times, Washington Post, Telegraph, Le Monde, издание BuzzFeed News, телеканалы CNN и Al Jazeera, агентство AFP, Agence France-Presse и ряд других СМИ присоединились к проекту First Draft News, финансируемому компанией Google, цель которого является борьба с распространением фейков, в том числе в социальных сетях.

Проект First Draft был создан в 2015 году при поддержке Google News Lab. В рамках этого проекта партнеры должны регулярно проводить тренинги непрофессиональн
ых журналистов, в том числе обсуждать вопросы соблюдения гражданской этики при написании статей.
