Книга вышла тиражом в тысячу экземпляров, каждый пронумерован и украшен автографом супермодели. Упаковку для книг создал британский художник и скульптор Аллен Джонс (Allen Jones).
Кэмпбелл начала появляться на модных показах с 15 лет и стала первой чернокожей моделью на обложках журналов Vogue и Time. Первое модельное агентство, с которым она сотрудничала, — Elite.
