Верховна Рада прибрала тимчасову надбавку на рекламу протягом години на телебаченні і радіо в період виборчої кампанії.

За закон №2343 в цілому про внесення змін до закону "Про рекламу", щодо частки реклами, яка поширюється на телебаченні і радіо, проголосувало 269 депутатів, передає "Інтерфакс-Україна".

Так, якщо раніше час телемовлення, відведений на рекламу і телепродажу, не могло перевищувати 15%, а під час виборчого процесу - 20% фактичного обсягу мовлення протягом години, то тепер "не повинно перевищувати 15% протягом кожної астрономічної години (60 хвилин ) фактичного мовлення ".

На радіо ж "час мовлення, відведений на рекламу, не має перевищувати 20% протягом кожної астрономічної години фактичного мовлення", в той час як раніше на період проведення виборчої компанії цей ліміт не повинен був перевищувати 25%.
