Після того, як Олегові Ляшку тричі давали додаткові 10 секунд, щоб закінчити свою промову, кожен наступний оратор нагадував Гройсману, що теж хоче «три рази по десять».

Варто зазначити: за ці десять секунд, що були надані Ляшку, нардеп встиг «образити» спікера, вибачатись і знову «образити». Спочатку назвав Гройсмана олігархом, який керує мікрофоном, а потім вибачився і сказав, що спікер не олігарх, а лише біля них стоїть.
