Виктор Наумчак баллотируется в депутаты Одесского городского совета по 135 избирательноум округу. Владеет компанией по производству мебельных тканей Одетекс. Его считают близким к экс-губернатору Одесской области регионалу Николаю Скорику.

Сейчас он идект в депутаты от президентской партии "Солидарность". От нее же баллотировался по прошлых парламенстких выборах по округу Сергея Кивалова. Выборы, конешно, с успехом проиграл заняв почетное третье место. Поговаривают, что его выдвинули специально чтобы кандидат от БПП не составил конкуренции Кивалову  

В тоже время, в прошлой жизни, Виктор Наумчак, был верным последователем партии Виктора Януковича. Он почти так и писал на агитлистовках: "Я в команде Януковича"

Сейчас, он тоже в Президентской команде.
