Один з найбагатших людей в Росії Геннадій Тимченко, який потрапив під санкції Заходу як бізнес-партнер Володимира Путіна, незаконно живе у колишній резиденції генсекретаря КПРС Микити Хрущова в центрі Москви.   

Про це йдеться у розслідуванні, яке провів Фонд боротьби з корупцією, повідомляє російський опозиціонер Олексій Навальний на своєму сайті, пише Українська правда

"Своїм особистим розпорядженням Сергій Собянін (мер Москви – ред.) передав тимченківському офшору (Британські Віргінські острови) колишню головну зимову резиденцію генсека КПРС Микити Сергійовича Хрущова на Ленінських горах. В оренду на 49 років", - сказано у повідомленні.

 
 
 

"Віддати історичний особняк прямо під житло шахраєві-олігархові було ніби як непристойно, тому будівлю віддали "для експлуатації готелю", - заявляє Навальний.

 
 
 

За його словами, по факту ніякого готелю там немає.

"Об'єкт оформлений як готель не випадково, тому що без торгів могли передавати землю тільки під об'єктами соціально-культурного та комунального-побутового призначення. Всі інші об'єкти - оренда тільки через аукціони. Виходить, таким призначенням об'єкта вони обійшли правила надання держмайна", - говорить він.

На території резиденції, за словами Навального, Тимченко побудував лазню з басейном.
