Сьогодні, 24 травня, о 9:50 ранку невідомі у масках напали на журналіста Громадського ТБ Запоріжжя Анатолія Остапенка. Інцидент трапився в центрі міста в районі вул. Шкільної в Олександрівському районі. Журналіст прямував на роботу та недалеко від власного дому, його підрізала тоньована автівка без номерів, з неї вибігло троє чоловіків у масках, повалили Анатолія на землю та протягом кількох хвилин били його руками та ногами. Потім сіли в машину та зникли у невідомому напрямку. Нічого з цінних речей, за словами журналіста, нападники не взяли, пише Громадське Запоріжжя

На місце одразу прибули поліцейські та медики. Правоохоронці опитали кількох очевидців, які стали свідками нападу. При попередньому медичному обстеженні журналіста, у нього констатували численні забиття та гематоми.

Відомості про подію внесені до Єдиного обліку. Серед версій, які розглядаються правоохоронцями, є і професійна діяльність потерпілого. Майно журналіста зловмисників не зацікавило. Попередня кваліфікація події – ст. 171 Кримінального кодексу України (Перешкоджання законній професійній діяльності журналістів).
Сам журналіст Анатолій Остапенко пов’язує напад на себе з професійною діяльністю. Останнім часом він працював над кількома розслідуваннями щодо корупційних проявів посадовців Запоріжжя та області.
Нагадаємо, журналіст Анатолій Остапенко є одним із співзасновників Громадського ТБ Запоріжжя, політичний оглядач, розслідувач, автор та ведучийпроекту “ХтоShow”.
З приводу інциденту колектив Громадського ТБ Запоріжжя звернувся до Президента України Петра Порошенка та Міністра МВС Арсена Авакова зофіційною заявою щодо якнайшвидшого розслідування побиття журналіста.
