Американська газета The New York Times вивчає обставини публікації статті з мапою, на якій Крим зображено як спірну територію.

Про це заявила прес-служба видання, передає Українська правда

"Ми зараз розглядаємо це питання", - підкреслила речниця газети Даніель Родес Ха.

"Карту зі мною не погоджували. Ми побачили її так само, як і ви", - наголосив автор статті Іван Нечепуренко.

Як повідомлялося, американське видання The New York Times опублікувало мапу,на якій Крим зображено як спірну територію.

На це звернув увагу відомий шахіст Гаррі Каспаров, який кілька років тому виїхав із Росії і оголосив боротьбу з режимом Володимира Путіна.

Стаття під заголовком "Путінський міст до Криму може нести більше символізму, ніж руху" за 11 листопада стосується будівництва так званого "керченського мосту" до анексованого Криму з території Російської Федерації.

МЗС України заявило, що звернеться до редакції газети за роз'ясненнями.
