Німецьке видання Bild заявляє, що Росія начебто витрачає близько 79 мільйонів євро щомісяця на виплату зарплат і пенсій на тій частині Донецької і Луганської областей, що підконтрольна угрупованням «ДНР» та «ЛНР». Про це йдеться у публікації за 16 січня, яку цитує «Німецька хвиля».

У Bild зазначають, що з квітня 2015 року виплати зарплат і пенсій на не підконтрольній Україні частині Донбасу є регулярними, а з червня їх повністю здійснюють у рублях.

За даними видання, щомісяця на цю територію прибувають «потяги з тоннами готівки». Зокрема, Bild наводить мапу того, як, за даними видання, гроші доправляються з території Росії на не підконтрольну Україні частину її східного регіону.

Bild також пише, що зарплата бойовиків на цих територіях сягає від 90 до 465 євро на місяць. Всього таку зарплату, за даними видання, отримує близько 30 тисяч учасників угруповань «ДНР» та «ЛНР» з Росії та України.

Інформація, наведена німецьким виданням Bild, не підтверджена з інших джерел. Росія поки не коментувала цю публікацію. Офіційна Москва неодноразово заперечувала дані про свою причетність до конфлікту на сході України, не відкидаючи, однак, що серед учасників угруповання сепаратистів можуть бути російські громадяни.

Bild – найбільша німецька щоденна газета-таблоїд. У січні 2016 року розлоге інтерв’ю цьому виданню дав президент Росії Володимир Путін.
