Англійське видання, розмірковуючи про відносини Росії та Заходу, дійшло висновку, що російська пропаганда щодо України змінилася.

Англійський журнал The Economist в матеріалі «Альтернативна реальність» пише про нову тактику російської пропаганди, аналізуючи риторику Кремля щодо України,пише Media Sapiens

Раніше Україна замальовувалася як "неонацистська держава, солдати якої спалюють села та розпинають дітей" на сході країни. Але останнім часом риторика змінилася, йдеться у матеріалі.

Нині в російських ЗМІ Україна зображується як держава-невдаха, яка не може повернути свої борги та порушує норми міжнародного права, через що змушує панікувати своїх західних партнерів.

Видання пише, що навіть міжнародні відносини описуються російським телебаченням зі зручного для кремлівської пропаганди боку.

Зокрема нещодавній візит американського держсекретаря Джона Керрі був представлений як тріумф Кремля, хоча на Заході дотримуються зовсім іншої точки зору, пише видання.
