У Національній раді України з питань телебачення і радіомовлення заявили, що транслювати фільм "Іронія долі…" в Україні ніхто не забороняє.

"Зокрема Національна рада, здійснюючи моніторинг телеканалів,  братиме до уваги наявність державного посвідчення на право демонстрування фільмів. Дозволи на право демонстрування фільмів надає Держкіно, керуючись рішеннями своєї експертної комісії, яка  аналізує фільми і серіали щодо їх відповідності вимогам законів України. Національна рада вживатиме відповідних заходів у тому разі, коли таких посвідчень у фільмів чи серіалів не буде", - наголосила прес-служба регулятора.

За даними Нацради, Держкіно не відкликало прокатні посвідчення більшості фільмів, "про трансляцію яких у Новорічні свята останнім часом говорили ЗМІ".

Однак згідно з даними сайту vsetv.com, який розміщує програми передач українських телеканалів, трансляція фільму "Іронія долі" ні в одному ефірі не передбачена, повідомляєІнтерфакс-Україна.

Зазначається, що питання показу фільмів радянської епохи на телебаченні розглянули представники Міністерства культури, Держкіно та кіноіндустрії під час зустрічі в Національній раді 25 грудня.

У п’ятницю, 25 грудня, міністр культури В’ячеслав Кириленко також висловив думку, що санкції не мають стосуватися фільмів, випущених до 24 серпня 1991 року, принаймні, кінокласики Ельдара Рязанова.

"Фільми Рязанова, по суті, всі були в радянську добу антирадянськими. Тому що вони сіяли свободу, правду і доброту", - зазначив він.
