Організація з безпеки і співробітництва в Європі (ОБСЄ), яка здійснює моніторинг за перебігом військових дій на Донбасі, оголосила про набір спостерігачів для місцевих виборів в Україні, що відбудуться 25 жовтня, повідомляє ZAXID.NET

З офіційного оголошення на сайті ОБСЄ випливає, що серед інших регіонів шукають спостерігачів і в Донецьку та Луганську, що перебувають на окупованій частині Донбасу.

Прикметно, що в оголошенні про набір спостерігачів вказано, що ОБСЄ отримала «офіційне запрошення для спостереження за місцевими виборами 25 жовтня». Останнім терміном для подачі резюме потенційними спостерігачами за виборами на Донбасі вказане 19 вересня.

ZAXID.NET поки не вдалося отримати офіційний коментар ОБСЄ з цього приводу.

Раніше ЦВК оприлюднила список регіонів, де місцеві вибори не відбудуться. Окрім окупованих росіянами територій, вибори не відбудуться також у деяких прилеглих до зони воєнних дій районах.

Натомість представники «ДНР» і «ЛНР» раніше оголосили про свій намір провести «вибори» 18 жовтня і 1 листопада відповідно. Президент України Петро Порошенко заявляв, що ці «вибори» можуть повністю зруйнувати мінські угоди.
