Одеське видавництво GUTENBERGZ випустило українську версію інтерактивної книги «Ґаджетаріум» про винаходи для iPad.

Книга містить в собі ілюстровані інтерактивні сторінки, на яких розповідається про 23 ґаджети. Серед них – термометр, годинник, калькулятор, фотоапарат, телевізор, колеса, комп’ютер, окуляри доповненої реальності Google Glass.

У книзі є 3D-моделі та опції, що дозволяють дізнатися, як працює техніка, покрутити її й налаштувати.Дітям також пропонують прослухати розповідь про кожен гаджет і прочитати більш детальну її версію.

Кошти на створення «Ґаджетаріуму» були зібрані за допомогою краудфандингової платформи Kickstarter у 2013 році. Впродовж року розробники працювали над додатком. Англомовна версія вийшла раніше, зібрала багато схвальних відгуків та тисячі продажів.

Додаток «Ґаджетаріум» є безкоштовним. За словами директора видавництва GUTENBERGZ Володимира Усова, в Україні ще немає культури споживання платного цифрового контенту. Його видавництво поки що хоче «показати, як можна легально і при цьому швидко та зручно» отримати їхній продукт.
