Фонд Соцгоспроект звернувся до російського опозиціонера Олексія Навального з вимогою видалити фрагменти фільму Він вам не Дімон, які паплюжать ділову репутацію організації.

Соцгорпроектом володіє однокурсник прем'єр-міністра Росії Ілля Єлісєєв. У фільмі-розслідуванні Навального стверджувалося, що прем'єр за допомогою фонду свого соратника управляє власним майном.

У Фонді по боротьбі з корупцією Навального відповіли, що претензії надійшли 9 червня. Згідно з документом, ФБК повинен у десятиденний термін видалити фрагменти фільму. За словами юриста ФБК Івана Жданова, повідомлення про суд поки не надходило.

Нагадаємо, 31 травня Люблінський суд Москви зобов'язав опозиціонера Олексія Навального та Фонд боротьби з корупцією видалити фільм-розслідування Он вам не Димонпро розкішний спосіб життя російського прем'єра Дмитра Медведєва.

Таке рішення суддя Марина Васіна прийняла, задовольнивши позов про захист честі та гідності олігарха Алішера Усманова.

Однак сам Навальний вже заявив на своїй сторінці в Twitter, що не збирається видаляти своє розслідування.
