Засновником акціонерного товариства є держава в особі Кабінету міністрів України.

У четвер, 19 січня, в Єдиному державному реєстрі юридичних осіб і фізичних осіб-підприємців було зареєстровано Публічне акціонерне товариство «Національна суспільна телерадіокомпанія України». Про це йдеться у відповідному записі Єдиного державного реєстру.

Згідно з інформацією, засновником акціонерного товариства є держава в особі Кабінету міністрів України.

Статутний капітал «Суспільної телерадіокомпанії» становить 2,544 млрд гривень.

Як зазначається, виконувачкою обов’язків голови правління до його призначення в установленому порядку призначено Ганну Бичок. Вона була заступником генерального директора Національної телекомпанії України.

Нагадаємо, 28 грудня уряд затвердив статут Національної суспільної телерадіокомпанії.

Як повідомлялося, Японія надасть Україні технічне устаткування для суспільного мовлення.
