Украинская группа Океан Эльзы выступила с концертом на открытии Украинского павильона в рамках Венецианской биеннале.

Концерт, приуроченный к открытию Украинского национального павильона в рамках 56-й Международной выставки искусств La Biennale di Venezia, состоялся вчера, 7 мая на набережной Семи мучеников Riva dei Sette Martiri в Венеции при поддержке Фонда Виктора Пинчука,пишет Новое время

Групповая выставка под названием Надежда! проходит при участии молодых украинских художников, среди которых Евгения Белорусец, Артем Волокитин, Никита Кадан, Жанна Кадырова, Николай Ридный и Сергей Жадан, Анна Звягинцева и Открытая Группа. Организатором проекта выступает PinchukArtCentre при поддержке Фонда Виктора Пинчука, комиссаром павильона является Министерство культуры Украины, а куратором - Бйорн Гельдхоф, заместитель арт-директора PinchukArtCentre.

Расположенный в специально сооруженной стеклянной конструкции на набережной Семи мучеников Riva dei Sette Martiri, на основном пешеходном пути от Арсенала Arsenale к Венецианским садам Giardini, Украинский павильон является олицетворение новой прозрачной Украины. Этим выставочным проектом молодое поколение художников Украины провозглашает веру в будущее государства.
