У В'єтнамі не буде окремої формальної зустрічі президента США Дональда Трампа з президентом Росії Володимиром Путіним.

Про це повідомила представник Білого дому Сара Сандерс, передає ТСН

Сторони не змогли узгодити графіки президентів на саміті Азіатсько-Тихоокеанського економічного співробітництва, розповіла вона.

«Але вони будуть перебувати в одному і тому ж місці. Чи перетнуться вони один з одним і привітають один одного? Це дуже ймовірно. Але що стосується узгодженої формальної зустрічі, в графіку такої немає, і ми не очікуємо, що вона буде», - додала Сандерс.

Тим часом прес-секретар Путіна Дмитро Пєсков заявив, що узгодження зустрічі президентів триває.

Нагадаємо, раніше радник президента Росії Юрій Ушаков повідомляв, що президент Росії Володимир Путін і президент США Дональд Трамп планує провести зустріч у п'ятницю, 10 листопада, у В'єтнамі, де відбудеться саміт учасників Азіатсько-Тихоокеанського економічного співробітництва (АТЕС). Заступник міністра закордонних справ Сергій Рябков заявив, що основною темою переговорів стане ситуація навколо Північної Кореї і обстановки в регіоні.
