Глава Радикальної партії і колишній нардеп Олег Ляшко підробив лотерейний білет, за яким він нібито виграв більше 500 тисяч гривень. Про це в п'ятницю, 19 лютого, заявив глава Нацагентства з питань запобігання корупції Олександр Новіков в інтерв'ю Радіо НВ.
 
"НАЗК провело перевірку, встановило, що він підробив виграшний квиток. Нам підтвердили, що не було такого виграшного білета. І було кримінальне провадження, він повинен був бути притягнутий до відповідальності, але Конституційний Суд скасував цю статтю", - розповів глава НАЗК.
 
У разі, якщо Агентство встановить відсутність факту виграшу, це свідчитиме про наявність складу злочину, передбаченого статтею про декларування недостовірної інформації (ч. 2 ст. 366 Кримінального кодексу), зазначив Новіков. Стаття передбачає покарання у вигляді штрафу від 3 до 5 тисяч неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян, або громадських робіт на строк від 150 до 240 годин, або обмеження волі на строк до 2 років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до 3 років.
