Гражданская сеть «Опора» заявляет о том, что агитация «Оппозиционного блока» нарушает закон.В частности, жители Кировоградской области получают смс-сообщения с предвыборной агитацией за членов «Оппоблока», сообщает Укринформ.

«В Кировограде и Знаменке жители жалуются на смс-сообщения с агитацией за кандидатов. В частности, кировоградцам приходили смс, в которых упоминали кандидатов от политической партии Оппозиционный блок: в областной совет — Сергея Ларина, на Кировоградского городского голову — Андрея Лейбенко, на Знаменского городского голову — Андрея Тесленко», — говорится в сообщении.

«Опора» отмечает, что агитация с помощью смс-рассылок не предусмотрена законом «О местных выборах», а использование конфиденциальной информации, например, номера, может наказываться по ч.2 ст.182 (Нарушение неприкосновенности частной жизни) Уголовного кодекса Украины штрафом в 50 не облагаемых налогом минимумов, исправительными работами сроком до двух лет, арестом сроком до шести месяцев или ограничением свободы до трех лет.
