Протягом дня виборів в ОТГ спостерігачі громадської мережі ОПОРА зафіксували низку порушень на виборчих дільницях. 

За повідомленням організації, явка на виборах станом на 16:00 становила 39,7%.

У  Сумській, Запорізькій та Харківській області було помічено підвіз виборців на дільниці.

Йдеться про м.Буринь, де виявили оголошення про пропозицію виборцям безкоштовно підвозити їх до виборчих дільниць. В поліції повідомили, що оголошення розмістили два таксисти, які хотіли заробити на виборах. Один з таксистів пояснив, що є прихильником одного з кандидатів і хоче "допомогти виборцям". 

У с.Охрімівка було зафіксовано підвіз виборців до дільниці №230619, а у смт. Якимівка - на дільницю №230601.

До приміщення дільниці №630451 (с. Велика Рогозянка) зафіксували підвезення виборців двома автомобілями. За словами водія одного з авто, машина належить ПрАТ "Агрофірма ім. Григорія Сковороди". За державним реєстром юридичних осіб, серед засновників "Агрофірми" є особи з  прізвищами, як кандидати, які балотуються у депутати до Золочівської об’єднаної територіальної громади.

На Сумщині, Полтавщині, у Чернівецькій та Волинській областях було зафіксовано голосування без пред'явлення паспорту, у Чернігівській, Харківській та Віннницькій областях - помилки у бюлетенях. 

У низці ДВК відсутнє належне матеріально-технічне забезпечення, зокрема у Закарпатській, Сумській, Тернопільській та Донецькій областях. 

Також спостерігачі ОПОРИ зафіксували невідомих осіб на виборчих дільницях у Донецькій, Херсонській та Волинській областях. 

На Донеччині невідомі намагались перевірити за списком виборців тих, хто не проголосував на ДВК №140055, інцидент стався у тій комісії, де зранку 10 виборцям видали бюлетені без їхнього підпису в списку виборців, а голосування розпочалося із годинним запізненням.
