Гражданская сеть "Опора" считает самым распространенным нарушением на местных выборах незаконную предвыборную агитацию. Об этом на пресс-конференции сказала координатор парламентских и избирательных программ "Опоры" Ольга Айвазовская. сообщают Українські новини

"На первом месте среди нарушений, зафиксированных нашими наблюдателями, это 380 фактов, незаконная агитация или нарушение порядка предвыборной агитации, в том числе в части финансирования", - сказала она.

Второй наиболее распространенной проблемой выборов "Опора" считает подкуп избирателей, который, по словам Айвазовской, часто имеет признаки административного ресурса.

Наблюдатели общественной организации зафиксировали, по состоянию на пятницу, 193 факта подкупа, однако прогнозируют увеличение количества таких фактов.

Вместе с тем, Айвазовская подчеркнула, что в сравнении с предыдущими выборами, в том числе внеочередными парламентскими в прошлом году, правоохранители более активно реагируют на сообщения наблюдателей о нарушениях.

Третьим распространенным нарушением "Опора" называет нарушения со стороны самих территориальных избирательных комиссий, чего в подобных масштабах не наблюдалось на предыдущих выборах.

Как сообщало агентство, "Опора" намерена провести параллельный подсчет голосов на местных выборах 25 октября в Харькове, Днепропетровске и Одессе.
