29 листопада  Громадянська мережа ОПОРА та Донецька обласна організація «Комітету виборців України» організували спостереження та паралельний підрахунок голосів на 100% дільниць у місті Красноармійськ.  Взявши до уваги звіти, отримані від спостерігачів, ОПОРА вважає, що результати підрахунку на виборчих дільницях загалом відображають волевиявлення виборців.

На основі звітів від спостерігачів з дільниць, ОПОРА встановила, що кандидат-самовисуванець Руслан Требушкін здобув перемогу на виборах міського голови зі значним відривом від конкурентів.

Оскільки на одній з дільниць (№141088) невстановленими особами було викрадено бюлетені, ОПОРА не може підтвердити результат голосування на одній з 37-ми виборчих дільниць. Цей інцидент не вплине на результативиборів міського голови у Красноармійську, адже, за даними з дільниць, на яких результати підрахунку голосів встановлені, кандидат Требушкін отримав мінімум 79%.

З іншого боку, кількість викрадених бюлетенів та кінцеве рішення міської ТВК Красноармійська щодо виборчої дільниці №141088 може вплинути на те, які партії долають 5-ти відсотковий виборчий бар’єр, у зв’язку з чим, ОПОРА не може підтвердити кінцевий результат виборів до місцевих рад до відповідного рішення.
