Дільниця №321221 в місті Бровари при підрахунку голосів виявила один зайвий бюлетень з виборів міського голови Броварів. За списками виборців було видано 915 бюлетенів до обласної, міської та на вибори міського голови. Однак в скриньці знайшовся 916 бюлетень, на якому була печатка із дільничої виборчої комісії, яка розташована у Білій Церкві.

На дільниці №321282, що знаходиться у м.Васильків при підрахунку бюлетенів виявлено зникнення 20 бюлетенів з виборів міського голови. Зі слів членів комісії, бюлетені не виносилися за межі дільниці, але причини зникнення пояснити не можуть. Згідно Закону комісія склала акт. Викрадення чи приховування виборчої скриньки з бюлетенями карається позбавленням волі на строк від п’яти до семи років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади або займатися певною діяльністю на строк від одного до трьох років. Так само як і незаконне знищення чи псування виборчої скриньки з бюлетенями (частина 2 статті 158 Кримінального кодексу України)

На 63 бюлетенях, які ДВК №320996 привезла на Тетієвську ТВК, не було вписано номеру дільниці. Через даний інцидент члени комісії викликали міліцію.
