Государственный Ощадный банк Украины заявляет, что является единственным законным владельцем исключительных имущественных прав на бренд «Сбербанк» (свидетельство №82116 от 10.09.2007 г.). Поэтому переименование ПАО «Дочерний банк Сбербанка России» в ПАО «Сбербанк»является незаконным. Об этом сегодня сообщила пресс-служба Ощадбанка.
В связи с этим Ощадбанк требует от Сбербанка прекратить любое использование ТМ «Сбербанк» при предоставлении финансовых услуг и изменить название.
«Абсолютно понятно стремление коллег дистанцироваться от страны-агрессора, но мы не позволим сделать это за счет интересов государственного банка. Считаем недопустимым введение в заблуждение клиентов Государственного Ощадного банка», — заявил председатель правления Ощадбанка Андрей Пышный.
Сбербанк (г.Киев) (ранее — банк «НРБ») основан в 2001 году. Согласно данным Национального банка Украины, на 1 октября текущего года по размеру общих активов банк занимал пятое место (53,75 млрд грн) среди 123 действовавших в стране банков. 26 ноября он сменил название с Сбербанк России на Сбербанк.
