Основатель панамской юридической фирмы Mossack Fonseca Рамон Фонсека заявил, что документы компании об офшорных компаниях похитили хакеры. Об этом сообщает Reuters, передает Лига.нет

Фонсека сообщил, что подал жалобу в панамскую прокуратуру. Он также утверждает, что его компания не нарушала законов, не помогала уклоняться от налогов или отмывать деньги, а опубликованные СМИ документы - панамский архив - неверно истолкованы и вырваны из контекста.
 
Ранее Фонсека назвал публикацию Панамского архива уголовным преступлением.
 
3 апреля международный консорциум журналистских расследований (ICIJ) в рамках проекта Панамский архив (Panama Papers) опубликовал масштабное расследование о теневых схемах десятков лидеров стран и сотен политиков мирового масштаба. Журналисты получили от неизвестного 2,6 терабайта документов Mossack Fonseca.
 
Украинские журналисты на основании утечки утверждают, что президент Петр Порошенко, вопреки заявлениям, до сих пор не передал свои активы в слепой траст. Однако начал реструктуризацию своих активов Roshen, создав для этого три оффшорные компании.
 
14 января президент Петр Порошенко заявил, что передал свою долю в кондитерской корпорации Roshen в слепой траст и больше не имеет возможности контролировать актив.
