 Росіяни швидше готові чути про державні успіхи, ніж про невдачі диктатора Йосипа Сталіна 

Про це свідчать дані щоденного опитування «ВЦВГД-Супутник», передає УНІАН. Зокрема, більше половини росіян (62%) згодні з тією думкою, що дошки, бюсти, картини тощо, які розповідають про успіхи Сталіна, потрібно розміщувати в публічних місцях.

В той же час 65% громадян проти установки знаків, які повідомляють про його невдачі і злочинах.

На думку 59% респондентів, також не обов'язкова для розміщення на пам'ятних знаках інформація нейтрального характеру. «Цікаво, що головним мотивом згоди з установкою атрибутів, що містять ту чи іншу інформацію про Сталіна, є аргумент про дотримання історичної правди. Активніше за інших «за» з усіх питань висловлюється молодь, тоді як серед літніх людей більш чітко проявляється позиція незгоди з установкою знаків, які прославляють колишнього главу СРСР», - йдеться у повідомленні.

У той же час, питання про особисте залучення виявив досить високий рівень байдужості: так, 33% росіян в разі розміщення пам'ятного знака Сталіна на сусідньому будинку не проявили б ні явних позитивних, ні негативних емоцій. Позитивно сприйняли б цей факт 42%, негативно - 21%.
