В Берлине в воскресенье, 18 сентября, состоялись выборы в региональный парламент. На 130 депутатских мест претендовали 927 кандидатов из 21 партии.

В предыдущем составе парламента Берлина были представлены Социал-демократическая партия Германии (СДПГ; 46 мест), Христианско-демократический союз (ХДС; 39), партия "Зеленых" (29), партия "Левых" (19), Пиратская партия (15) и один беспартийный депутат. Судя по предварительным результатам, текущая правящая коалиция социал-демократов и христианских демократов распадается. В общей сложности в парламент проходят шесть партий, и теперь им придется искать новые варианты политических союзов.

Обнародованы официальные предварительные результаты выборов в региональный парламент. СДПГ набирает 21,6% голосов избирателей, ХДС - 17,6%, "Левые" - 15,6%, "зеленые" - 15,2%, АдГ - 14,2%, СвДП - 6,7%.
