Партія "Народний фронт" вирішила не брати участь у місцевих виборах.

Про це в п'ятницю на брифінгу заявив прем'єр-міністр і лідер НФ Арсеній Яценюк, повідомляє Українська правда

"Партія "Народний фронт" не висуває своїх кандидатів на місцевих виборах", – сказав він.

"Це не національні, а місцеві вибори, і народ України повинен вибрати нових представників до органів місцевого самоврядування", - додав Яценюк.

Він також відзначив важливість того, щоб всі демократичні партії не допустили "реваншу Януковича і не допустили розколу у демократичному таборі".

У свою чергу заступник голови фракції "Блок Петра Порошенко" Ігор Кононенко раніше заявив журналістам, що партія готова піти на місцеві вибори з окремими членами "Народного фронту".

"Якщо "Народний фронт" прийме рішення, що він не бере участь у місцевих виборах, питання про участь окремих членів "Народного фронту" в місцевих виборах від нашої політичної сили – так, це можливо", – заявив він.

Як відомо, місцеві вибори відбудуться 25 жовтня.
