Громадяни України можуть їздити без віз до 87 країн світу, цей показник дав підстави віднести вітчизняний паспорт в глобальному рейтингу на 46-те місце.

Індекс впливовості національних паспортів Global Passport Power Rank 2017 склала канадська консалтингова компанія Arton Capital, повідомляє Новое время

Так, визнаний найвпливовішим паспорт Німеччині, його власники можуть відвідувати без віз 157 країн.

Друге місце одночасно у Сінгапура і Швеції з 156 країнами.

Третє - за Данією, Фінляндією, Францією, Іспанією, Швейцарією, Норвегією, Великобританією і США. Громадянам цих восьми країн без віз можна в'їжджати до 155 країн.

Російський паспорт у рейтингу посів 39 позицію зі 103 "безвізовими" країнами.

На останньому місці – Афганістан, громадяни якого можуть перетинати кордон без віз з 23 країнами.

Нагадаємо, 15 грудня 2016 року Європейська Рада підтримала безвіз для громадян Грузії та України. Незабаром стало відомо про перенесення розгляду безвізового питання для України на нову дату.

Доповідач Європарламенту з питань безвізового режиму Марія Габріел заявила, що зробить все для того, щоб міжінституційний діалог в ЄС про безвіз для України відбувся ще в лютому, а не в квітні.
