Сьогодні, 13 січня, фракція «Блоку Петра Порошенка» ухвалила рішення підтримати законопроект про внесення змін до деяких законів України щодо Суспільного телебачення і радіомовлення України в редакції Комітету Верховної Ради з питань свободи слова та інформаційної політики з урахуванням принципових зауважень народного депутата Миколи Томенка. Про це на власній сторінці у Фейсбук повідомив народний депутат, член фракції БПП Сергій Лещенко.

За його словами, будуть враховані такі зауваження пана Томенка: Суспільне радіо буде окремою юридичною особою, у регіонах громади матимуть право створити свої регіональні суспільні мовники, буде заборона приватизації майна мовника.

«Гарні новини. Фракція БПП у вівторок вдень повторно зібралася, щоб розглянути проект закону про суспільне мовлення. В результаті дискусії фракція все-таки ухвалила рішення підтримати закон про Суспільне мовлення у редакції комітету свободи слова з врахуванням принципових зауважень Миколи Томенко. Перше зауваження - Суспільне радіо буде окремою юридичною особою. Друге - в регіонах громади матимуть право створити свої регіональні суспільні мовники. Третє - заборона приватизації майна мовника. На фракції з підтримкою закону виступили Вікторія Сюмар, Ольга Червакова, Ірина Геращенко. Велика подяка всім небайдужим! Голосувати будемо, напевно, на вечірньому засіданні», - написав депутат.

PRпортал нагадає,ще вчора Лещенко повідомив,що фракція БПП не буде голосувати за закон про суспільне мовлення.
