За словами Магера, нардепам необхідно зібрати 45 підписів, щоб оскаржити відповідний законопроект

Проект Закону про проведення позачергових виборів Криворізького міського голови 27 березня 2016 року (3613 - ред) може бути оскаржено в Конституційному суді, якщо народні депутати зберуть 45 підписів. Про це в коментарі РБК-Україна повідомив заступник голови ЦВК Андрій Магера.

Відповідний законопроект можна оскаржити тільки після його підписання спікером парламенту і президентом.

"Формально він може бути оскаржений в Конституційному суді. Треба підписи 45 депутатів",- додав він.

Проте, на думку Магери, проблем з виконанням закону не повинно бути.

"Я не бачу проблем з його реальним застосуванням",- додав він.

Нагадаємо, Рада призначила вибори в Кривому Розі на 27 березня 2016 року.
