Міністр юстиції Павло Петренко виступає проти повного скасування депутатської недоторканності.

Про це він заявив на прес-конференції, повідомляє Укрінформ.

"Я не є прихильником повної відмови від недоторканності... Але те, що депутатська та суддівська  недоторканність мають бути обмежені - це факт", - сказав Петренко.

Міністр вважає, що у разі повного зняття недоторканності - парламент стане залежним від Президента та правоохоронних органів, що може негативно вплинути на його об'єктивність.

Нагадаємо, президент Петро Порошенко розраховує на ухвалення Верховною Радою в першому читанні змін до Конституції в частині скасування депутатської і обмеження суддівської недоторканності на поточній сесії.
