Біля школи №33, що по вулиці проспект Миру, 207 Б, заблоковано автівку, в котрій перебуває жінка, яку помітили за фотографуванням бюлетеня. Як повідомила ОПОРІ голова ДВК, дівчина сфотографувала бюлетень в кабінці, вийшла, кинула бюлетень. Коли вона сіла в машину, її заблокували.Згодом в машину підсів працівник міліції. Потім машину відпустили. 

На сусідній дільниці в спортивній залі колегіуму № 11 теж було зафіксовано випадок фотографування. Дівчина відправляла світлину з бюлетенем на номер телефону, вказаний в смсках, які розсилали сьогодні виборцям (2000 грн. за голос). На місце було викликано міліцію. Наразі жінку доправили до райвідділку. 

В  дільниці поруч теж зафіксовано фотографування бюлетеня. Однак жінка встигла видалити фото.

Відповідно до ст. 159  Кримінального кодексу України, умисне порушення таємниці голосування під час проведення виборів або референдуму, що виявилося у розголошенні змісту волевиявлення громадянина, який взяв участь у виборах або референдумі, карається штрафом від ста до трьохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або виправними роботами на строк до двох років, або обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років.

Щойно повідомили про ще один випадок фотографування на дільниці № 740997 (Педагогічний університет, хол вул.Гетьмана Полуботка, 53). Наразі порушника затримано. Очікують оперативників.
