Эксперты продолжают обсуждать принятый Верховной Радой в первом чтении Избирательного кодекса. По факту законопроект предусматривает партийную мажоритарку с региональным акцентом. Депутатами станут те, кто, вкладывая большие ресурсы, победит в своих макроокругах – областях. Такое мнение в своем блоге высказал украинский политолог Виктор Таран, - сообщает PRпортал

По его словам, чтобы понять проще, можно взять пример Черкасской области. Не сложно догадаться, кто наберет больше голосов в макроокруге Черкасской области, который будет насчитывать 2 миллиона избирателей – общественный активист, которого выдвинет новая партия или действующий депутат, который найдет «партию, которая его выдвинет». Параллельно с этим нас ждет консервация действующей партийной системы. Компания в одном макроокруге обойдется для кандидата минимум 500 тысяч или 1 миллион долларов. Естественно, не нужно рассказывать о волонтерах – их не существует в достаточном количестве ни в новых, ни в старых партиях.

Виктор Таран отмечает, что партии первого эшелона найдут менее токсичных, но не менее ресурсных кандидатов в каждом регионе. Преодолеть эту систему должны открытые списки на национальном уровне, а не региональные списки.
