"Ми живемо у віртуальному світі. Ми дуже часто слідкуємо скільки лайків отримали у Фейсбуці. При тому, що Фейсбук настільки далекий від зрізу суспільства, що вони навіть не усвідомлюють цього. Але в цьому своєму "клубі" їм комфортно. Відома історія, коли Обама зустрівся з одним із засновників Інтернету та соціальних мереж. Той довго розпитував про його плани на президентство. В кінці кінців закінчилося тим, що він сказав: "Я не знаю чи ти хочеш стати президентом, чи - ні. Але я вирішив, що ти станеш президентом". Фактично весь свій розум, використання соцмереж і так званих лайків він запустив як технологію. Це не ноу-хау Обами. Це була технологія серйозних політичних спеціалістів. Але це дуже швидко проходить. Я вчора розмовляв з одним із політиків, міністрів, який найбільше старався отримати максимальні кількість лайків. Він мені сказав: "Знаєш, уже не цікаво".
