Коммуникационное медиа агентство UM (Группа АДВ Украина) презентует рынку результаты Wave 8 — очередной волны исследования поведения украинских потребителей в социальных медиа.

Весной 2015 г. агентство Universal McCann (UM) подвело итоги волны исследования аудитории социальных медиа Wave, которая является восьмой по счету в мире и четвертой для Украины. В украинской панели участвовало 500 активных интернет-пользователей, опрос проводился в конце 2014 г. Акцент в исследовании сделан на определение потребностей, которые важны для аудитории в социальных медиа — что аудитория хочет получить от бренда, и каким образом нужно вести коммуникацию с потребителем для достижения целей бренда.

Топ-4 ключевых результатов Wave 8 (Украина):

 

  1. Действия пользователей в социальных сетях обусловлены стремлением получить признание, а не просто развлечься, как это было раньше.

  2. 50% пользователей хотят быть популярными онлайн, поэтому избирательно относятся к тому, что они размещают на своих страницах в социальных сетях.

  3. Не всем контентом, который пользователи потребляют, они готовы делиться. Так, большинство из них потребляют обучающий контент,  но делятся больше развлекательным или отображающим их точку зрения.

  4. Разные типы контента работают на достижение разных целей бренда. Например, чтобы растить знание о бренде, важно использовать развлекательный контент, поскольку он работает на увеличение охвата.
