Нацсовет по вопросам радиовещания и телевидения (KRRiT) Польши 1 июля начал процедуру лишения локального радио Hobby с города Легионово возле Варшавы лицензии на вещание.

В KRRiT считают, что радио нарушает закон о радиовещании и телевидении, ретранслируя ежедневно с 22:00 до 23:00 (по киевскому времени) российское пропагандистское радио "Спутник", информирует РАР, пишет Укринформ

"Вследствие подписания соглашения с третьей стороной владелец радио отдал часть полномочий, предоставленных ему благодаря лицензии (третьей стороне - ред.), и потерял влияние на содержание и способ подачи информации в распространяемой программе", - обосновывают свое решение в KRRiT Польши.

Подчеркивается, что таким образом нарушен принцип независимости, то есть самостоятельного создания журналистами радио программы и несения за нее ответственности.

Директор радио Hobby Томаш Бжезинский признает, что в программе российского радио есть "пропагандистское содержание", но убеждает, что ретрансляция этой программы позволяет выплачивать нескольким работникам зарплаты, а без этих средств радио обанкротится.
