В мережі обкладинку першого номеру польського журналу Vogue розкритикували за асоціації з радянським минулим.
 

Як пише Media Sapiens з посиланням на Gazeta Wyborcza, після того, як Vogue Polska показала обкладинку номеру на своїй сторінці у Facebook, фотографія стала причиною для критики та дискусій.

На фото моделі Аня Рубік (Anja Rubik) та Малгожата Бела (Małgorzata Bela) позують біля чорного автомобіля ГАЗ-24 «Волга». За спинами у моделей - варшавський Палац культури та науки. Автором фотографії для обкладинки виступив німецький фотограф Юрген Теллер (Juergen Teller).  

Читачі зауважили, що на знімку, окрім моделей, зображені об’єкти з радянського минулого.  Палац культури та науки був побудований у 1955 році «як символ польсько-радянської дружби», - пише Fotoblogia.pl. Автомобіль ГАЗ-24 «Волга» випускався з 1970 року й на таких авто їздили партійні високопосадовці. На думку читачів, на обкладинці першого номеру польського Vogue немає нічого польського.

Зараз в допису на Facebook понад 1300 коментарів та 1183 поширення.

Нагадаємо, польське видання стало 23-м серед усіх версій журналу Vogue у світі. Офіційний запуск Vogue Polska відбувся 14 лютого.
