В Facebook появится возможность устанавливать зацикленное видео вместо фотографии профиля пользователя, сообщили представители соцсети.
Компания также вносит и другие изменения во внешний вид профилей на мобильных устройствах, пишет
vc.ruПользователь сможет снять видео с помощью приложения Facebook и использовать его вместо фотографии. Оно будет непрерывно отображаться тогда, когда кто-то просматривает профиль пользователя с мобильного устройства.
Также пользователи смогут устанавливать новую фотографию на определённое время — например, отмечая какие-либо события.
Facebook также предоставит пользователю возможность добавлять краткую информацию о себе (длиной до 110 символов), а также редактировать список первых фотографий, которые может видеть сторонний пользователь.
В первую очередь новые функции будут доступны некоторым пользователям приложения Facebook для iPhone в Калифорнии и Великобритании.
