Помер український журналіст, медіаексперт, один із засновників громадського руху «Хартія - 4», Тарас Кузьмов. Про це повідомив у фейсбук журналіст і продюсер Роман Вибрановський
"Він був частиною покоління, в яке інколи сам не вірив. Тих «хто не для «ящика», без квіточок, без смиренницького прикладання рук до місця, де в людей буває серце, скиглінь, голосінь та налитих кров’ю очей на слово «москаль» веде нерівну позиційну війну по кухнях, кнайпах, інтернет-форумах та блогосферах за право говорити собі й іншим: «Ей! Я з України. Це — круто». Тими мовами, які для них максимально ефективні для ведення цієї війни. Хто шкребе «по засіках», інтуїтивно відчуваючи, що пишатися є чим, намагаючись аргументовано вирватись із парадигми «ми — нє россіянє (поляки, білоруси — не суть)» у парадигму «ми — українські росіяни, євреї, поляки. Тарас Кузьмов працював у медіасфері України з 1992-го року. Починав кар’єру в регіональному молодіжному щотижневику “Пост-Поступ” у Львові. Згодом працював на керівних посадах у медіа-центрі, створеному міжнародної організацією “Інтерньюз”. Починаючи з 2000-го року працював медіа консультантом делегації Єврокомісії в Україні. Був співзасновником і керівником журналістської громадської організації “Хартія-4”. Брав участь у створенні першого в Україні незалежного розмовного радіо проекту “Громадське радіо”, яке згодом очолив у 2003-му році. З 1996-го року в якості консультанта і тренера співпрацював з Фундацією Томсона. Останні роки жив у США.
