Президент України Петро Порошенко поділився у соцмережах пропозицією щодо книжки, фільму та пісні, з якими варто ознайомитись українцям. Про це йдеться на сторінці Порошенка у Facebook.

Президент зокрема рекомендує для прослуховування пісню співачки Джамали «Шлях додому», для перегляду – фільм «Зима у вогні: Боротьба України за свободу» Євгена Афінєєвського і для читання – книгу Сергія Лойка «Аеропорт».

Ініціатива з боку лідерів ділитися з громадянами країни своїми культурними уподобаннями запозичена із Заходу. Так, у грудні президент США Барак Обама назвав композицію американського репера Кендрика Ламара «How Much a Dollar Cost» своєю улюбленою піснею 2015 року, улюбленою книгою став роман «Fates and Furies» письменниці Лорен Грофф, а найкращим фільмом, на думку Обами – «Марсіанин».
