PR-специалисты отмечают, что сторителлинг и «слушание» в социальных сетях – те тренды, которые окажут наибольшее влияние на будущее этой сферы, отмечает недавнее исследование Национальной ассоциации рекламодателей и USC Annenberg Center for Public Relations. Исследование опросило 875 PR-специалистов (63% работают на агентство, 37% in-house) и 101 in-house маркетологов. Согласно опрошенным, digital сторителлинг – крупнейший  будущий PR-тренд (88% назвали его важным). На втором месте – мониторинг социальных сетей (82%), а затем следуют социальные цели бизнеса (71%) и Big Data (70%). 

 

Для маркетологов трендом номер один в будущем является мониторинг социальных сетей (88% назвали его важным). 47% PR-специалистов агентств и 45% in-house PR-специалистов отметили, что PR объединится с маркетингом в следующие пять лет. 

Опрошенные отметили, что для роста важны следующие навыки: стратегическое планирование (89%), письменные коммуникации (86%), социальные медиа (84%), развитие мультимедийного контента (82%) и вербальная коммуникация (80%).
