Представители УПЦ Московского патриархата во главе с предстоятелем церкви Онуфрием не поднялись во время торжественного заседания парламента, когда президент Петр Порошенко зачитывал имена героев Украины, получивших это звание во время антитеррористической операции. Об этом сообщает LB.ua.

Порошенко сообщил присутствующим, что звание героя Украины получил 21 боец, 10 из них - посмертно. Этот список зал встретил аплодисментами, встали даже иностранцы.

Напомним, что торжественное заседание было посвящено 70-й годовщине победы над нацизмом в Европе. На него пришли все лидеры Украины, ветераны Красной армии и УПА, генсек ООН Пан Ги Мун.
