Президент Киргизии Алмазбек Атамбаев рассказал, что работа в саду доставляет ему огромное удовольствие, и выразил сожаление, что занятость мешает ему посвятить себя любимому делу. Об этом сообщает «Интерфакс».

Атамбаев поделился воспоминаниями о своей юности во время проведения субботника в Ботаническом саду Бишкека в субботу, 12 марта: «Уже в восьмом классе я начинал трудиться на поливе, мне эта работа больше всего нравилась, потому что, к примеру, сегодня земля желтая, а подводишь воду — и на следующий день это место уже зеленое, это такой кайф».

«Когда уйду с этого поста в следующем году, уже в 2018 году, весной, я надеюсь, буду что-то сажать, поливать. Сейчас на это времени нет», — сказал он.

Кроме того, Атамбаев прокомментировал назначение своего бывшего телохранителя Улана Исраилова на должность главы Антикоррупционной службы Госкомитета национальной безопасности (АКС ГКНБ). «Я его хорошо знаю, он не станет воровать. По этой причине на такие места, как глава АКС, мы должны ставить таких чистых, проверенных и надежных людей», — пояснил президент Киргизии.
