За гучними затриманнями топ-чиновників у Росії стоять не мотиви боротьби з корупцією, а внутрішньовидова конкуренція і протистояння кланів.

Таку думку висловив російський опозиціонер Костянтин Боровий "Апострофу", нагадавши про арешт сенатора від Карачаєво-Черкесії в Раді Федерації Рауфа Арашукова і його батька.

"Затримання Арашукових — це прояв боротьби кланів, регіональних еліт, які за сьогоднішніх умов розуміють, що влада центру — (президента Росії Володимира Путіна. — Ред.) Путіна і його оточення — вичерпується, і намагаються контролювати ситуацію. Виникла очевидна суперечність між інтересами центру і регіонів.
