Виступ президента України Петра Порошенка в інституті Європи при Цюрихському університеті в понеділок ввечері намагалися зірвати пропутінськими вигуками. Про це повідомляє Укрінформ.

"Тут, в Швейцарії, ці люди можуть говорити все, що забажають, в присутності президента України. І в цьому є наша сила. В Росії таке було б неможливим", - зазначив Порошенко у відповідь на агресивні вигуки на свою адресу.

Аудиторія зустріла цю репліку оплесками.

За словами Порошенка, світ солідарний з Україною, а ті, хто за агресора, – ізольовані.

За його словами, Європа знаходиться під атакою, Україна ж - на передовій цієї боротьби.

Перед початком заходу, російські студенти провели мітинг, протестуючи проти виступу Президента України Петра Порошенка в Цюрихському університеті, повідомляє швейцарська газета Tages-Anzeiger.

За даними видання, протестувальники зібралися біля входу в університет. Вони тримали в руках транспаранти з гаслами: "Донбас має право на самовизначення" і "Мир! Свобода! Визнання!".
