Главная военная прокуратура расследует дело против депутата от "Самопомочи" Семена Семенченко о незаконном получении воинского звания

Об этом пишут "Украинские новости", ссылаясь на имеющиеся у них постановления Печерского райсуда от 21 января.

Следствие утверждает, что досудебное расследование установило, что 13 августа 2015 года Вышгородский районный военный комиссариат выдал Семенченко "заведомо ложное" временное удостоверение офицера запаса.

Прокуратура заявляет, что Семенченко в августе 2014 года использовал этот подложный документ для принятия его на военную службу в резерве в воинской части №3027 (батальон "Донбасс").

Генштаб предоставил следствию данные, что Семенченко до назначения его на должность в.ч. №3027 не состоял на учете офицеров ВСУ и первичного военного звания никогда не получал.

Суд предоставил прокуратуре доступ к документам с образцами подписи Семенченко в Центризбиркоме и аппарате Верховной Рады.
