Керівник Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури Назар Холодницький стверджує, що у слідства є факти для оголошення підозри народному депутату Євгену Дейдею.

Про це він заявив під час засідання регламентного комітету Ради, передає ТСН

"Чи достатньо нам фактів для передачі справи до суду? Ні! Справа до передачі до суду не готова, але для висунення підозри в нас достатньо фактів", - зазначив він.

За його словами, народний депутат та його дружина не надали слідству жодних пояснень.

Своєю чергою генпрокурор Юрій Луценко пояснив, що через недоторканість слідство не може провести експертизу майна нардепа Дейдея.

"Ми просимо зняти недоторканість, щоб тебе перевірити як простого українця", - звернувся він до присутнього підозрюваного депутата.

Холодницький підкреслив, що зняття недоторканості необхідно для проведення очної ставки, обшуків, вилучення та огляду майна.

Сам Дейдей заявив, що не боїться зняття недоторканості, але лише за умови звільнення першого заступника директора НАБУ Гізо Углави.

Нагадаємо, нардеп від "Народного фронту" Євген Дейдей назвав оголошену йому підозру у незаконному збагаченні фейком. Заступника глави Антикорупційного бюро Гізо Углаву парламентар назвав своїм "ворогом", повідомляє "Українська правда".

"Ви знаєте, як в Одесі ми боролися з грузинською мафією... Зараз, коли ми змогли їх всіх звідти вигнати, така виходить розправа. Так не повинно бути, Юрій Віталійович (Луценко – Ред.). Грузини не повинні правити у нас в країні", - сказав Дейдей.

Внаслідок спільної перевірки поданих електронних декларацій ГПУ, САП та НАБУ до Верховної Ради України підготовлені подання на зняття депутатської недоторканності з народних депутатів Геннадія Бобова, Євгена Дейдея та Андрія Лозового. За даними генпрокурора Юрія Луценка, Бобова звинувачують в ухиленні від сплати та декларуванні недостовірної інформації. Дейдея та Лозового звинувачують у незаконному збагаченні.

Сам Дейдей раніше стверджував, що не переймається через можливе позбавлення депутатської недоторканності.
