Правоохоронці відкрили кримінальне провадження проти телеканалу НТН за несплату 23,7 млн грн податків. Про це повідомили в правоохоронних органах,пише РБК-Україна

"Кримінальне провадження за несплату податків відкрито проти НТН", - заявив представник правоохоронців.

Згідно з повідомленням прес-служби прокуратури Києва, прокуратура Шевченківського району Києва здійснює процесуальне керівництво у даному кримінальному провадженні.

Встановлено, що протягом 2013 року під час операцій у сфері телевізійного мовлення та надання послуг з розміщення реклами в засобах масової інформації посадові особи підприємства безпідставно занизили фінансові зобов'язання перед державою на загальну суму понад 23,7 млн гривень.

Так, формуючи податкову звітність службовці підприємства майже на 22,4 млн гривень зменшили розмір податку на прибуток іноземних юридичних осіб, податку на прибуток на суму 1 млн гривень та податку на додану вартість на суму 405 тис грн.
Справа розслідується за ч. 3 ст. 212 КК України (умисне ухилення від сплати обов'язкових платежів).

Досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні проводить слідче управління фінансових розслідувань ДПІ у Шевченківському районі ГУ ДФС р. в Києві. Його хід перебуває на контролі прокуратури міста Києва.

НТН входить до складу групи Inter Media Group Limited, в яку також входить телеканал "Інтер". Група належить Дмитру Фірташу і Сергію Льовочкіну.
