Кремль умышленно оттягивает начало предвыборной кампании президента России Владимира Путина. Об этом сообщает Газета.Ру со ссылкой на приближенные к Кремлю источники.

О способе выдвижения кандидата от действующей власти будет объявлено на съезде партии Единая Россия после 10 декабря.

В сообщении говорится, что поскольку практически нет сомнений в том, что Путин будет снова баллотироваться на выборах 2018 года, то интрига сохраняется вокруг способа проведения его кампании. Отмечается, что это время выбрано для того, чтобы оставить вариант его партийного выдвижения, так как и окончательное решение о том, станет ли Путин самовыдвиженцем, тоже не принято.

«Плюсы и минусы каждого варианта очевидны: партийное выдвижение упрощает процедуру, но сужает электоральную базу. Самовыдвижение — наоборот, но процедура сложнее и требует больших затрат», — уверен глава Фонда развития гражданского общества Константин Костин.

Сообщается, что два источника, близких к Кремлю, считают, что с оглашением кандидатуры торопиться не будут, а сделают это в законом определенные сроки.

«Чем короче кампания, тем лучше для наиболее известного кандидата. Это азы политтехнологий. В этом нет никакой новизны», — отметил один из источников, работающий с нынешним внутриполитическим блоком Кремля.

Выборы президента состоятся 18 марта 2018 года. По закону, Совет Федерации должен принять решение о назначении выборов президента РФ не ранее чем за 100 дней и не позднее чем за 90 дней до этой даты. Таким образом, это должно быть сделано с 8 по 18 декабря текущего года.

В 2012 году Путин выдвигался от Единой России. В качестве самовыдвиженца Путин побеждал на выборах в 2000 и в 2004 годах.
